LEGO Minifigures 71046 Series 26 Space spotted on shelves in the UK
The latest batch of LEGO Collectible Minifigures doesn’t officially launch until May 1, but 71046 Series 26 Space is already starting to show up in some UK stores.
Scheduled for release at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores at the start of next month, alongside a handful of new LEGO Star Wars and Despicable Me 4 sets, 71046 Series 26 Space goes off-world for a colourful collection of 12 different space-themed characters. They’re once again packaged in blind boxes with data matrix codes, which are now confirmed to be scannable using the Brick Search app.
If you don’t fancy waiting until May 1, get yourself down to Morrisons if you’re in the UK, whereBrick Fanaticshas already discovered 71046 Series 26 Space on shelves and available to purchase for £3.50 per minifigure. Other fans have independently reported spotting the boxes at other Morrisons stores over on Facebook, so it looks like it’s not just one location that has put them out early.
Make sure to download the Brick Search app before you head out the door, as you’ll need it to identify your favourite characters in 71046 Series 26 Space (or indeed to find a full set). Simply open the app, select the minifigure scanner in the bottom menu and point your phone’s camera at the data matrix code (not the main barcode). The app will then reveal which minifigure is inside the box you’re holding.
Brick Search is available now on iOS and Android. You can find out more about the app’s minifigure scanner by heading here. Plus: don’t miss our minifigure-by-minifigure breakdown of every single character in 71046 Series 26 Space, which includes a mash-up of retro references and brand new and original designs.

- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
