Every LEGO Architecture set retiring in 2024 and beyond – February update

Two LEGO Architecture sets are now said to be retiring in 2024, upending the theme’s typical retirement schedule of one set per year.

As of January this year, only 21057 Singapore was on the chopping block for 2024. But the LEGO Group has now brought forward the retirement of 21056 Taj Mahal, which was originally slated to leave production in 2025, so it will be gone by the end of the year (as things stand). The 2,022-piece set is a more affordable take on the Mughal mausoleum than its Creator Expert counterparts.

Six LEGO Architecture sets are then scheduled to retire in 2025, although there’s still plenty of time for the LEGO Group to shuffle that around. If it doesn’t, we could be looking at one of the most seismic shifts in the theme’s portfolio in years, with almost every single one of its sets departing for good. That doesn’t sound too likely, so keep an eye onBrick Fanaticsfor changes to this slate in the months ahead.

For now, check out the full crop of LEGO Architecture sets organised by their retiring dates below, and head here for a full breakdown of every retiring LEGO set by theme.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
