LEGO BrickHeadz 40425 Nutcracker Christmas set revealed

A new Christmas themed LEGO BrickHeadz set is on the way, with 40425 Nutcracker bringing a traditional ornament to the series.

LEGO BrickHeadz continues the theme’s tradition of focusing on seasonal holidays, with 40425 Nutcracker offering this year’s Christmas set. The common ornament is reimagined in the blocky BrickHeadz style, but will not be useful for any actual nut cracking – although it does incorporate a function to make the character’s mouth open.

Brickset has plenty of photos of the model in the website’s review of the set, which finds the functioning aspect to be a welcome addition to the usual BrickHeadz format.

No release date is confirmed yet, but October 1 seems likely. The price is expected to be £9.99 in the UK and $9.99 in the USA.

40426 Wreath has also been revealed, with the set offering a recreation of a Christmas wreath using LEGO bricks.

10275 Elf Club House is due to launch on September 23, with no price announced yet. It builds a snow covered building where Santa’s elves hang out during their down time. It includes four elves and a moulded reindeer, plus mini models referencing LEGO sets from this year such as a pirate ship and piano.
