LEGO Disney Collectible Minifigures vignettes: Louie

This latest series of vignettes from Brick Fanatics presents LEGO Disney Collectible Minifigures in bespoke, brick built environments – to wrap up this run of vignettes, here is Louie in a creepy cavern

Disney is back in the Collectible Minifigures theme – 18 new minifigure make up LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71024 Disney Series 2. Featuring characters classic films and beloved television series, there are some delightful designs for fans to choose from. Taking each minifigure as inspiration, Brick Fanatics is presenting a series of vignettes, each one built especially for the character in question.

Louie

Louie was the first build I worked on. I was excited to be doing a vignette for each of the brothers, as DuckTales was one of my favoruite cartoons growing up. I watched several episodes to see if there was anything in particular I wanted to build. I decided to base my choices on the accessories they came with. For Louie, he had a (rather boring) flashlight. I decided to put him in a creepy subterranean passage, where his flashlight may come in handy. I enjoyed trying a “new to me” technique for the masonry, along with mixing masonry with natural rock work.
