Rock and roll into the LEGO Ideas Rolling Stones contest

The latest LEGO Ideas contest is all about The Rolling Stones, asking for builds celebrating their songs to win over $500 worth of prizes.

To celebrate the anniversary of The Rolling Stones, the team at LEGO Ideas have revealed a new contest on the platform inviting fans to commemorate their favourite songs in bricks, as long as they don’t go against the LEGO Ideas guidelines.

Not every song created by The Rolling Stones will be eligible for this contest, and you’re advised to read through the rules of this contest before submitting anything, as it may be rejected due to inappropriate source material.

Models can be built digitally or physically, but all entries must be submitted before June 30, when the contest will move on to the judging phase. There’s no fan vote on offer this time, as the team at LEGO Ideas will be solely responsible for deciding which creation takes home the grand prize. Multiple entries are allowed but note that only one per user will be selected to pass into the judging phase.

That grand prize includes 31206 The Rolling Stones, 21329 Fender Stratocaster, 21332 The Globe, a $200 spending spree on LEGO.com and a prize package of The Rolling Stones merchandise. There can only be one grand prize winner, but two runners-up will be going home with 31206 The Rolling Stones, 21329 Fender Stratocaster and The Rolling Stones prize package.

You can head over to the contest page on LEGO Ideas to find out more and read through the guidelines before you select the song to inspire your model.
