LEGO Ideas welcomes Medieval Tournament to the 10K club

The latest LEGO Ideas set to drum up 10,000 supporters is Medieval Tournament, a model that harkens back to Classic Castle builds of the past.

The first LEGO Ideas review of 2024 is now in full swing, with seven fan-designed creations already in the running to become physical sets at some point. The current line-up of builds that have managed to attract 10K supporters continues to grow, with yet another entry now reaching that magical figure.

Medieval Tournament is the brainchild of hello_zol and represents something of a call-back to LEGO Classic Castle sets of yesteryear. The model includes a total of 2,887 pieces and features a brick-built castle gate with two towers, two tents with an archery field, a jousting field and a royal box with spectator’s seat.

In addition, Medieval Tournament also comes with a cart, a tree and two colourful banners, plus 10 minifigures and two horses. The fan designer took feedback from one of his previous builds, Fortified Bridge, and tweaked elements of the model before incorporating them into the latest submission.

We won’t know whether or not Medieval Tournament has what it takes to become a winning design until later in the year, when the results of the first LEGO Ideas review of 2024 will likely be revealed.
