LEGO Ideas heads back to the ’90s with Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers

Go Go Power Rangers! LEGO Megazord is the latest LEGO Ideas fan submission to have battled its way to 10,000 supporters.

The first LEGO Ideas review of 2025 is already heating up, with three fan-made submissions currently jockeying to be selected as potential future physical LEGO sets. In addition to Booknook: Story Laboratory, yet another model has also now made the cut, with Go Go Power Rangers! LEGO Megazord managing to hit the 10K supporters’ mark.

The brainchild of legotruman, the ingenious and detailed build is based on the smash hit Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers TV show from the ’90s and was originally submitted to LEGO Ideas in 2022, where it only managed to find 7K fans. The impressive design consists of the Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Sabertooth Tiger and Tyrannosaurus Zords, all of which have posable limbs.

The five individual Zords can then be combined into the massive Dino Megazord, which stands over 35cm tall, has moveable joints for dynamic action poses and comes complete with the giant Power Sword and mastodon shield.

In addition, Go Go Power Rangers! LEGO Megazord also includes minifigures of Zack the Black Ranger, Kimberly the Pink Ranger, Billy the Blue Ranger, Trini the Yellow Ranger and Jason the Red Ranger, complete with custom helmet prints.
