LEGO takes the stage today at Star Wars Celebration 2023
Here’s all you need to know about the LEGO Group’s only on-stage event at Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023.
As we head into the second day of Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023, there’s plenty still more to look forward to, despite all the announcements that we got yesterday. The LEGO Group also had a busy day at its booth yesterday but today will see them take to the stage for the first and only time throughout the weekend.
Between 12 and 1pm, the LEGO Group will be on the Collectors Stage for an event all about LEGO Star Wars Collecting. It will centre around Return of the Jedi’s 40th anniversary this year, looking at all of the LEGO sets based on the third Star Wars movie, presumably including the two most recently announced dioramas depicting iconic scenes from the film.

In addition, among the promised “trilogy of deep dives” in the session, the LEGO Group will also walk attendees through “an inspection of the lesser known subthemes of the LEGO Star Wars licence” and dive into how the LEGO X-wing set has evolved from its first iteration to the detailed 75355 X-wing Starfighter.
If you’ve already got your tickets for today, you’ll be able to head along to the stage and hear from the LEGO Group. Tickets are sadly sold out for Saturday and Sunday, but are still available for Monday if you want to schedule a last-minute visit to the Celebration.
