LEGO Star Wars 75311 Imperial Armored Marauder gets the one thing it’s missing

See our custom LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian 74-Z Speeder Bike next to 75311 Imperial Armored Marauder – then find out how you can win your own.

Launching August 1, 75311 Imperial Armored Marauder is effectively just a big, grey box. By rights, it shouldn’t work as well as it does – but as we covered in our early review, it’s actually one of the best LEGO Star Wars sets arriving this summer, and not only because of its killer minifigure line-up.

The only thing it’s really missing, based on when the vehicle actually popped up in the second season of The Mandalorian, is a couple of Scout Troopers chasing down Greef Karga on speeder bikes. Fortunately, that’s where our custom 74-Z Speeder Bike from the Disney+ show comes in. Check it out alongside 75311 Imperial Armored Marauder in the gallery below.

Fancy getting your hands on one of these speeder bikes – and a Scout Trooper minifigure – absolutely free of charge? Sign up to our newsletter by noon UK time on August 2 to be in with a chance of winning. You’ll find the sign-up form on the right hand side of this page if you’re on desktop, or by scrolling to the bottom of the page on mobile.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
