A new LEGO Disney collection seems to have started under our noses
We’re just over a week away from the next huge LEGO Disney set, and a new Disney Princess model collection has sprung up under our noses.
43263 Beauty and the Beast Castle will be launched in just over a week, bringing many new Beauty and the Beast minifigures to our collections. Alongside speculation that another 18+ LEGO Disney set might be a sign of things to come for the theme, there’s a growing trend in recent LEGO Disney 18+ models that suggest a new collection has started while no one was looking – an adult-aimed Disney Princess range.
Starting with 2023’s 43222 Disney Castle (including several Disney Princesses and references) and 43225 The Little Mermaid Royal Clamshell, the LEGO Group has been all too eager to explore 18+ LEGO Disney models tied to the iconic princesses recently, including in 2024 with 43242 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ Cottage.

We’re counting 43222 Disney Castle since it’s based on Cinderella’s Castle from Walt Disney World (one of the most iconic Disney Princesses), and it has several exclusive Disney Princess minifigures. Combining these with 2025’s 43263 Beauty and the Beast Castle, an 18+ Disney Princess set collection has been ongoing for a little while now.
Whether this collection will continue any further is unclear, but with three years under their belt already, the LEGO Group appears to be confident in the 18+ Disney Princess sets. The official line-up of Disney Princesses leaves Aurora, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Merida, Moana and Raya without models or minifigures in the collection. Tiana and Rapunzel have minifigures in 43222 Disney Castle but are equally deserving of a full-sized dedicated model. From Tiana’s Palace to Rapunzel’s Tower, there are plenty of possibilities to explore.
This LEGO Disney Princess collection will grow in just over a week with 43263 Beauty and the Beast Castle, but beyond that, there’s no confirmation on what’s next for Disney’s 18+ sets. Hopefully, more princess models will be on the table in the years ahead. Click here to read our review of the biggest Beauty and the Beast set so far in the meantime.
