76269 Avengers Tower is said to be arriving later this year, coming in at a whopping $525. And it’s said to be compatible with LEGO Marvel’s first two modular buildings, 76178 Daily Bugle and 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum, so if you’re yet to catch up on those, now is the time. Based on last year’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (with a sprinkling of Avengers: Infinity War), 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum is the most detailed version of Stephen Strange’s New York home to date. Inside the box you’ll find 2,708 pieces and nine different minifigures, all pulled directly from the MCU, including Doctor Strange, Sinister Strange, Dead Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Wong, Scarlet Witch, Ebony Maw and Baron Mordo.

It’s not quite as hefty a line-up as in 76178 Daily Bugle, but for the price it’s hard to go wrong – particularly when some of these characters are arguably more interesting than the Bugle’s 300th Spider-Man and 200th Venom minifigures. All but one of these minifigures are actually exclusive to 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum in some way, from Spidey’s printed arms to Wong’s robes, while Sinister Strange and Dead Strange are completely exclusive characters.

From the two LEGO Marvel modular buildings released so far, this is also the one that will most easily slide into a wider LEGO modular street, as it’s similar in size to the likes of 10297 Boutique Hotel, 10278 Police Station and so on.
