2,000-piece LEGO Architecture model rumoured for 2023

LEGO Architecture’s first 2023 rumour has appeared, suggesting that a massive model with over 2,000 pieces is coming next year.

Another rumour from lego_minecraft_goat reports that a LEGO Architecture set with the number 21060 is coming at some point in 2023. However, the details don’t stop there as its also reported that this model will be made up of 2,125 pieces and launch in August 2023.

So far, there are no LEGO Architecture sets officially confirmed for 2023 but in recent years the theme has moved to a limited launch schedule, releasing one or two sets a year.

Provided this rumour is accurate, it could be that 21060 is the only LEGO Architecture set planned for next year, though there’s no official confirmation and this rumour should be taken with caution until announced otherwise by the LEGO Group.

As for what this set could depict, LEGO Architecture’s building-focused selection has yet to cover many landmarks and recognisable structures around the world. Notably, the rumoured piece count is bigger than 21056 Taj Mahal but just smaller than 21010 Robie House. This would make it the second-largest LEGO Architecture set of all time, offering an idea of its potential size.
