Billy Dee Williams is Two-Face in The LEGO Batman Movie
The smoothest actor in the galaxy, Billy Dee Williams, will be voicing the character of Two-Face in The LEGO Batman Movie in a nod to his previous appearance in a Batman movie.
Back in 1989, Tim Burton directed the Batman film that defined the character for a generation of movie-goers. In Batman, Billy Dee Williams played District Attorney Harvey Dent – a relatively small role. It was expected that in a later film the actor would have played Dent again as the character became Two-Face, but when Joel Schumacher took on the directing duties for Batman Forever, the role was recast with Tommy Lee Jones.
It’s been a piece of Batman movie lore that’s relatively well known among fans, which led one to ask Chris McKay, director of The LEGO Batman Movie, if Williams would be voicing Two-Face in the movie. The filmmaker responded:

This will follow the actor’s appearance in The LEGO Movie, in which the baron of smooth reprised his career-defining role as Lando Calrissian in a perfectly executed cameo. Williams has voiced Lando Calrissian frequently, in Robot Chicken, LEGO Star Wars specials and Star Wars Rebels.
