Free LEGO polybags at Smyths stores this Saturday
The toy retailer Smyths will be holding a LEGO celebration this Saturday, with activities including free polybags for children visiting.
On Saturday, May 5, Smyths stores will be holding LEGO building activities and giving away free polybags. Special demonstration zones will be set up in stores, where budding builders can get their hands on some bricks or have some fun with NINJAGO spinners.
Free polybags will be given away to children – no purchase necessary, but limited to one toy per child – from themes including The LEGO Batman Movie, NINJAGO, City and Friends. Specific polybags available will vary from store to store.
Selected stores will also have appearances from life-sized LEGO minfigures who will meet guests and pose for selfies. The event starts at 10am and runs until 4pm on the Saturday, with the freebies available while stock lasts.
To tie into the event, LEGO fans can visit the Smyths Facebook page between May 5 and 7 to be in with a chance of winning an overnight 2018 stay at LEGOLAND Resort Hotel with two-day theme park entry for up to four guests.
The Smyths online store is currently offering discounts on selected LEGO sets, including several based on the recently released movie, Avengers: Infinity War.
