LEGO DC Super Villains game play revealed
A first look at game play from LEGO DC Super Villains has been shared at Gamescom.
Phill Ring, Executive Producer on LEGO DC Super Villains introduced IGN to gameplay from the upcoming release for the very first time. This play through provides a look at a level in which Lex Luthor and his band of villains goes to a Tomb Raider-esque environment to recruit Gorilla Grodd to their cause.
The gameplay offers the traditional LEGO experience, but Ring emphasises the villainous aspect of the game, explaining that having released several DC Super Heroes games, the TT Games team were keen to try focusing on the villains for a change. He also reveals that the game has two difficultly levels, so experienced LEGO gamers can have a more challenging experience.
Fans will be able to get a Deluxe Edition of DC Super Villains exclusively at Game in the UK, that includes access to all of the Season Pass content, including the DC Super Villains: TV Series DLC Character Pack, a steelbook case and exclusive Lex Luthor minifigure.
LEGO DC Super Villains will be released on October 19, 2018.
