Argos knocks 25% off LEGO 75936 Jurassic Park T. rex Rampage – Black Friday deals

Black Friday has, uh, found a way at Argos, with 25% off LEGO 75936 Jurassic Park T. rex Rampage.

It’s a rare discount on a set that’s only otherwise available directly from LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores. And it’s also one of prehistoric proportions, bringing the 3,120-piece set down from £220 to £164.

That’s a saving of £56, which is nothing to sniff at on a set of this size. The largest Jurassic Park set to date includes an enormous T. rex, the iconic park gate, and six minifigures. And as we noted in our review, there really is nothing else like it – even if it isn’t the Visitors’ Center many had hoped for ahead of its announcement. (Besides, if it’s good enough for Daniel Radcliffe…)

LEGO.com has also kicked off its Black Friday deals today, with 20% off selected sets, a free 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute with a £150 / $150 spend, and the chance to earn 1,000,000 VIP pointsLEGO Creator Expert 10276 Colosseum is also available now, with a free Roman Chariot gift-with-purchase available for early adopters.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then. You can follow me on Twitter at @brfa_chris.
