Five things ready for LEGO in Star Wars Outlaws

Ubisoft’s open-world Star Wars Outlaws has been officially revealed with a gameplay showcase, detailing a few things ready for the LEGO Group.

It could take some time for the LEGO Group to depict Star Wars Outlaws in bricks, should it ever receive a model. However, that hasn’t stopped up from pouring the gameplay and finding a few exciting things that could inspire the LEGO Star Wars designers.

Star Wars Outlaws is currently scheduled to release in 2024 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. At the time of writing, no LEGO sets based on it have been confirmed and as an example, it took Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order three years to get 75335 BD-1

Kijimi

As seen in The Rise of Skywalker, Kijimi is back for its latest appearance in the new game. This seems likely to be an open-world area, given the nature of Star Wars Outlaws, giving us a chance to explore the planet more than we had a chance to in the film. The planet has yet to be depicted in physical LEGO bricks.

Nix

Similar to 75318 The Child or the smaller specialised animal figure pieces, Kay Vess’ companion Nix seems perfect for all kinds of merchandise with an overtly adorable appearance and playful personality.

Pyke

After a single minifigure with a new piece in 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon in 2018, the Pyke Syndicate features again in Star Wars Outlaws. With an existing piece for the hexagonal masks, some of the LEGO designer’s work is done already, should Star Wars Outlaws inspire a build in the future.

Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport

After featuring in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, which already inspired a set in the form of 75293 Resistance I-TS Transport, the Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport appears in Star Wars Outlaws, potentially giving it another chance at a LEGO set.

The Trailblazer

Kay’s ship in Star Wars Outlaws is named The Trailblazer and is also an EML 850 light freighter. It’s another ship for the LEGO Group to possibly add to the LEGO Star Wars portfolio and could take inspiration from 75293 Resistance I-TS Transport with room inside for stolen goods and minifigures of Kay and modified BX-series droid commando ND-5.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
