LEGO 40579 Eiffel’s Apartment officially revealed

A new gift-with-purchase has been officially revealed on the online store in the form of 40579 Eiffel’s Apartment, celebrating an iconic historic figure.

Recreating the apartment featured in Paris’ Eiffel Tower, 40579 Eiffel’s Apartment is made up of 228 pieces and seems to be one of the most stickered sets that have ever been designed.

That’s not printing depicting the wallpaper on the grey bricks that make up the two walls of the apartment, but specialised stickers that will need to be arranged in a specific manner for the best results.

The promotional model is valued at £17.99 / $19.99 / €19.99 and includes an exclusive minifigure of Gustave Eiffel, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it will be available for purchase. Instead, it will likely be available with an order of a specific set or with purchases over a certain threshold. This listing has likely gone live ahead of the offer to allow the LEGO Group to prepare for its launch.

Also included in the build is a desk with a lamp, a small model of the Eiffel Tower and one of the tower’s beams sticking through the floor as well as a balcony with a telescope to look over the city.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
