LEGO A Christmas Carol 40410 promotion announced

LEGO 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute, featuring a scene from A Christmas Carol, will be free for LEGO VIPs next weekend.

LEGO.com has annoucned the VIP promotions that are coming to the official online shop next weekend. It’s essentially an early Black Friday for those looking to earn some VIP points and get some free, exclusive sets, with 40410 Charles Dicken Tribute one of them.

Any order linked to a VIP account at LEGO.com totalling £150 / $150 will get 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute for free. According to the product listing, the set, revealed back in October, is worth £20.99 / $22.99.

There will also be double VIP points and a free, exclusive buildable 2×4 teal brick with orders totalling £200 / $200 or more. All three deals run from November 21 until November 22, unless the freebies run out early.

A Christmas Carol is Dickens’ quintessential festive book, following Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey to redemption, as the miserable money lender is visited by three spirits who demonstrate the error of his ways. The climax of the story sees him providing an unforgettable Christmas to the Cratchits.

The chances are one of these free items will be back for the Black Friday shopping weekend.
