Prolific LEGO Ideas fan designer gets first entry to current review stage
The latest LEGO Ideas set to reach 10,000 votes comes from one of the most prolific contributors to the fan-centred platform.
LEGO fan designer Bricky_Brick, aka Pablo Sánchez Jiménez, has had yet another one of his 87 submissions (at the time of writing) pass 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. Good Ogel’s Garden has a fun backstory that surely helped it along the way, featuring four detailed plants and a minifigure gardener to take care of them.
Jiménez has already had success with one LEGO Ideas design, with his design sparking the creation of the now-retired 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay. Several other submissions, such as Brick Boulevard and Claus Toys, have also reached the all-important 10,000 threshold and are currently in review. However, this latest leafy submission is the first of his to enter the current review round.
The fate of Good Ogel’s Garden and the eight other fan-designed models that are currently heading to review during this round is now in the hands of the LEGO Ideas review team. At the end of the year, when this round end, all sets over 10,000 votes will be reviewed and a few will be selected to go on to become real LEGO Ideas sets that the public can buy. Here’s a reminder of the most recent additions to the group.
