LEGO Jules Verne tribute gift-with-purchase rumoured
Another tribute gift-with-purchase is rumoured to pay homage to Jules Verne’s books later this year, featuring some classic and fantastical vehicles.
Instagram user fateful_lego reports that 40690 Tribute to Jules Verne’s Books is coming on June 21 with 351 pieces as the latest in the series of tribute gifts-with-purchase.
A rumoured description of the set states that 40690 Tribute to Jules Verne’s Books depicts a small microscale diorama of an open book with a bridge. A black train possibly paying homage to the Time Train from Back to the Future, a hot air balloon and the Nautilus submarine are all believed to be included.
A minifigure of Jules Verne is also rumoured to be included in 40690 Tribute to Jules Verne’s Books, much like many of the other tribute gifts-with-purchase.
At the time of writing, 40690 Tribute to Jules Verne’s Books is just a rumour and should be taken with caution until more is confirmed.
