LEGO Star Wars holiday key lights coming
Special festive LEGO Star Wars key lights are on the way for Christmas, with upscaled Darth Vader and Stormtrooper minifigures sporting ugly Christmas jumpers.
The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special is coming to Disney+ soon, with 75279 Star Wars Advent Calendar and LEGO Star Wars Holiday Sticker Book tying into the new animated special. A third product is on the way that also uses designs from the show, with licensed LEGO Star Wars key lights now revealed.
Shared on Instagram and reported by The Holo-Brick Archive, Ace Hardware Stores in the USA will be getting boxes of festive LEGO Star Wars key lights. Upscaled minifigures of Darth Vader and Stormtrooper feature ugly Christmas sweaters using the designs from the Advent Calendar.
The lights will retail for $12.99 when they start to turn up on shelves.
Taking inspiration from the original infamous piece of Star Wars television, The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special will debut on Disney+ on November 17. The animated special will hopefully have a less sedate pace than the 1978 live action version, as Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron celebrate Life Day.
