Even more images of LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71046 Series 26
Check out even more images of LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71046 Series 26 and its dozen space-themed characters, including the M-Tron Astronaut, Alien Tourist and more.
Published today by German retailer JB Spielwaren, these images give us our best look yet at the 12 new LEGO minifigures coming our way on May 1 – along with their packaging, which carries the same cross-theme space branding we’ve seen on countless other sets in 2024 already. The new series includes a mix of brand new and retro characters, from an Orion Constellation minifigure to a revamped Ice Planet 2002 Astronaut.
71046 Series 26 will arrive in the same cardboard boxes used for 71039 Marvel Series 2 and 71045 Series 25, this time with a wonderful purplish hue and that familiar space banner (complete with a modern take on the Classic Space logo). While that means you still can’t feel for specific characters, the good news is that the data matrix codes are already confirmed to be back for this new series – so you’ll be able to easily identify minifigures using Brick Search.
There are countless new and interesting pieces to take in across this new series even if you’re not a space fanatic, from the M-Tron Astronaut’s groovy new legs to the robo-pug included with the Retro Space Lady. Fans of classic space subthemes will be happy to see Blacktron II and Ice Planet 2002 in the mix too, even if their iconic trans-neon colours (green and orange respectively) have long since retired.
71046 Series 26 will be available to purchase from May 1, 2024. Individual boxes will still retail for €3.99 each in Europe, so we’re likely looking at consistent prices of £3.49 in the UK and $4.99 in the US. Look out for a LEGO.com listing for this Collectible Minifigures launch to confirm international pricing, and check out the first images of these minifigures in-hand.

- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
