Reactions to LEGO Marvel 76215 Black Panther are mixed online
LEGO Marvel 76215 Black Panther is a new concept for the theme and reactions to this latest model are mixed online as many consider the cost.
Now that 76215 Black Panther has been revealed, we’ve taken a look at the online community as well as those not usually involved in the world of LEGO to see what they have to say about the build.
Over on Reddit, DonShulaDoingTheHula determined that the price of £299.99 / $349.99 / €349.99 is a bit too high for them, arguing that other iconic characters wouldn’t have been worth the cost either. In the official reveal tweet for the model, MeepleOfBritain echoed this point, comparing it to the second most expensive LEGO Marvel set behind 76215 Black Panther – 76178 Daily Bugle.
Not all reactions were negative though, as Dr. Jason Johnson appears to be tempted by the almost life-sized bust. However, author Wajahat Ali is put off by the high price in the comments after being tagged in the original tweet.
It seems that for many, the £299.99 / $349.99 / €349.99 model has a cost that is too high and dissuading them from 76215 Black Panther for now, though time will tell how in demand this set will be when it launches on October 1, 2022.

It is absolutely over priced. Lego will find out that they are beginning to alienate many people with their pricing. It’s already begun with many collectors I know. They can claim whatever they want about their costs increasing, licensing, etc. just can’t take a little bit less money for a year or two. Gotta keep lining pockets.
