Free LEGO Chinese New Year 40235 Year of the Dog this week
Later this week, the LEGO Group will be celebrating Chinese New Year with the 40235 Year of the Dog set, free with purchases over £80.
On February 16, the date of the Luna New Year, shop.LEGO.com and LEGO Stores will give away 40235 Year of the Dog with purchases of £80 or more. This will be the first time that the commemorative D2C set is available worldwide.
The LEGO Store Leicester Square will also have a special mini build event taking place on February 16 from 16.00 until 17.00 and February 18 from 11.30 until 12.30. February 18 is the day when little China, just a minute’s walk from the central London LEGO Store, will be hosting a variety of activities to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Any £20 gift card purchased for the rest of February will get an exclusive red envelope free. Whether it contains anything special is currently unknown, but the marketing e-mail suggests that is indeed just a red envelope.
A selection of seasonal LEGO sets are available now at shop.LEGO.com.
