Two new LEGO Stores to host Grand Openings themed around The LEGO Movie 2
The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will provide the theme for two new LEGO Store Grand Opening Celebrations that are taking place in January.
From Friday, January 4, until Sunday, January 6, LEGO Stores at Crossgates Mall, Albany, New York and Dadeland Mall, Miami, Florida will be hosting Grand Opening Celebrations. Both stores will be hosting the same programme of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part themed activity.
During the weekend, LEGO Master Builders will be on hand to help visitors construct an eight foot tall Emmet statue using LEGO bricks. Attendees will also be able to build a make-and-take mini picture frame.
- On Friday, January 4, the first 400 customers spending $100 or more will get a free LEGO 40145 LEGO Store set.
- On Saturday, January 5, the first 500 customers will get a free Emmet’s House micro build with any $50 purchase.
- On Sunday, January 6, the first 400 customers with get a free “limited edition” Emmet t-shirt with any $75 purchase.
Be sure to check the local LEGO Store information for opening hours and precise location before attending.
The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will be released on February 8, 2019.
