Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 launch date announced
Star Wars: The Mandalorian is returning to Disney+ later this year, with Lucasfilm having announced the second season launch date.
Following the release of LEGO Star Wars 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport, Lucasfilm has announced that Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 will arrive on October 30. Like the first season, it will stream on Disney+.
The first season of the series, which was created by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, has been nimated for 15 Emmy Awards.
So far, there have been four LEGO sets released for the live action Star Wars series; 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport, 75254 AT-ST Raider, 75317 The Mandalorian & The Child and 75267 Mandalorian Battle Pack. 75318 The Child is likely to launch ahead of the new season.
75292 introduces Din Djarin’s ship, which he uses to fly from planet to planet in Star Wars: The Mandalorian, to the LEGO line-up for the first time. As well as including the Mandalorian himself, the set includes The Child – better known as Baby Yoda, along with Greef Karga, IG-11 and a Scout Trooper.
