At least one more LEGO Star Wars VIP card promotion coming this year

Fans who thought that there will be no more promotions for LEGO Star Wars VIP card holders have been assured that it is not over yet.

Those who purchased LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon when it launched last year received an exclusive LEGO Star Wars VIP card, which has allowed them to access a few special deals throughout 2018 at shop.LEGO.com. Despite no announcements about anything further, Rebelscum reports that the LEGO Group has confirmed on Facebook that more will be on the way.

Responding to a query from a fan on Facebook, the LEGO Group said, “Oh, something is happening VERY soon. Keep an eye out for new emails”.

This will be good news to those holding the limited edition card, although less so for those who did not manage to snag one. So far, those with the Star Wars VIP card have been able to get a free 40298 DJ minifigure, 75181 Y-wing Starfighter blueprints and double VIP points during select dates.

There have been a few Star Wars surprises during the back end of this year, including the release of 75230 Porg and reveal of 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle – hopefully it will not be long before the email lands to reveal what else is on the way.
