Can’t see any benefit to buying this early as there are no other offers with it.

When is the Routemaster going to be given away?

      Hi,

I contacted Lego early in August as I wanted to know why the US got the routemaster as a promotion & we in the UK didn’t.

      The reply is below:

I will try my best to answer your question. Currently we have the Racecar as our promotional item. The London Doubledecker bus was actually not a promotional item from the shop.lego.com online portal. And as far we received the updates of this month’ promotional item it won’t be an upcoming one. I am sorry that I cannot provide you the doubledecker bus as a promotional item for any orders with us.

That’s annoying, looks like it’s being held back as a promotional item for the Leicester Square Lego store opening (at a guess).
