“I also know — and this is a spoiler — Kamala Khan essentially steals The Marvels, which is coming out July 28,” shared Feige.

Kamala Khan, also known as Ms. Marvel, is one of three key characters in The Marvels alongside Monica Rambeau and Captain Marvel. Further details surrounding The Marvels were also confirmed, including interesting insight on how both link to Secret Invasion.

“It’s picking up directly after the end of Captain Marvel 1, not in timeline but in story. We also do that in our upcoming Disney+ series Secret Invasion, and those are two very different follow-ups to that movie.”

Feige also commented on Marvel shows streaming, suggesting a future for Moon Knight.

“The fun thing about streaming is they are there forever, and people can keep re-exploring them,” said Feige. “Moon Knight, same thing. I think there’s a future for that character as we move forward.”

Continuing with teases of characters in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Feige responded to a question about when mutants, including the X-Men, will appear stating “The question is how to do it and when to do it, and that’s something we’ve been working on for years. Now we know. But we’re not going to talk about it.”

One of the biggest reveals that has come from the interview is the confirmation that the next Spider-Man movie has a story with writers putting pen to paper, but nothing more was said.

Fiege also mentioned the Fantastic Four film, announcing that news on the 2025 film is coming soon and that the team will be a ‘pillar of the MCU’ moving forward.
