Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight first trailer officially revealed

The full trailer for Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight has been revealed, offering a peek at the series and story before the March release date.

As part of the NFL Super Wild Card matchup yesterday, or early this morning for anyone in the UK, the first full trailer for Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight was revealed, the latest superhero series that will be streaming on Disney+ soon.

Marc Spector is called by two names during the trailer, confirming that the show will explore the character’s disassociative identity disorder and the other personalities and lives that exist within his mind.

The tone of the video hints that Moon Knight may have a darker narrative than previous Marvel Cinematic Universe series including WandaVision and Hawkeye.

In it, we see a scene where Oscar Isaac’s character transforms into the alter ego with wrappings appearing around him, suggesting that there will be a mystical component to the superhero as there is in the comics. This is supported by the appearance of the Moon God Khonshu in the trailer, revealing the skeletal head floating above a cloaked body.

Whether or not the show will inspire the first LEGO Marvel minifigure of Moon Knight is unconfirmed, be it based on the MCU or the comic outfit. Moon Knight will start streaming on March 30 on Disney+, and Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett is currently available on the platform to help pass the time with a new episode out tomorrow.
