Reminder: LEGO CON 2022 is coming soon

We’re almost a month away from the first anniversary of LEGO CON 2021, and we’re here to remind you that a 2022 version has been confirmed.

Hosted on June 26, 2022, live from the LEGO House was LEGO CON, theLEGOGroup’s inaugural virtual convention that featured discussions, activities, fan votes and more. We’re just over a month away from the first anniversary of the event, which at the end confirmed that LEGO CON 2022 was coming soon. The official landing page for the event still states this too.

While nothing more has been confirmed, assuming that the event will take place at a similar time this year, it seems plausible that an announcement for LEGO CON 2022 is coming soon.

As a reminder, a timetable for the event was shared before it took place, revealing most of what was planned for LEGO CON 2021. There may be a similar showcase in the months to come. Our liveblog kept track of everything during the event, in case you want to look back.

We don’t yet know a release date for LEGO CON 2022 but the year in the name certainly indicates that it’s coming at some point this year, and a summer event might make sense considering the timing of the first event. In terms of what to expect, we’ve got a speculative list based on everything from LEGO CON 2021.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
