Rumoured LEGO Star Wars 75367 Venator’s mini gunships may be familiar

Four miniature gunships said to be included with the rumoured LEGO Star Wars 75367 Venator may ultimately seem a little familiar.

Recent rumours swirling around have suggested that LEGO Star Wars fans might be getting a new UCS model later this year in the shape of what may be 75367 Venator. The Clone Wars-era Star Destroyer is said to be emerging from hyperspace on October 1, potentially priced at $649.99 and possibly constructed from 5,374 pieces.

Very few additional scraps of information are currently available for the rumoured set, beyond a suggestion that 75367 Venator could be at least 40 inches in length and may come with four miniature gunships. Those craft might therefore potentially be similar in size to the tiny Tantive IV that was included with 75252 Imperial Star Destroyer, although we just don’t know for sure at this stage.

However, with that in mind, it’s not too difficult to speculate what 75367 Venator’s gunships might look like, especially considering that microscale versions of the vehicle have already seen the light of day in a handful of previous sets. So far, three miniature gunships have popped up in LEGO Star Wars advent calendars to date, with each small build using as few as 25 pieces or less.

The first such gunship was included with 7958 Advent Calendar in 2011 and was constructed from just 14 elements. That was followed in 2013 with 75023 Advent Calendar, which included another 14-piece micro build, and then 2022’s 75340 Advent Calendar that came with a 25-piece version of the ship.

Given the potential size of 75367 Venator, it’s possible that any such miniature gunships might of course be even smaller, although that’s yet more speculation on our part. For now, though do treat all such rumours regarding the LEGO Star Wars UCS set with a punch of salt until such time as more concrete details emerge.
