Jackie Chan’s team perform stunts for The LEGO NINJAGO Movie
Jackie Chan and his world renowned stunt team have worked behind the scenes to choreograph the stunts for The LEGO NINJAGO Movie.
To give the action sequences authenticity, the movie makers had the voice of Master Wu bring in his world renowned stunt team to plan them. This newly released video shows the Jackie Chan stunt team demonstrating the kind of moves that they designed for The LEGO NINJAGO Movie.
People shared the exclusive video, picking out an amusing misunderstanding that took place early on:
“When they asked me to do stunts for The LEGO Ninjago Movie, I thought I had to use LEGOs,” Chan says in the exclusive video above. “And then I realized, ‘Oh, I can do a stunt as a live action martial arts move.’ ”
The sets based on The LEGO NINJAGO Movie were launched on August 1, proving to be one of the LEGO Group’s best ever ranges.
The LEGO NINJAGO Movie is due for release on September 22 in the USA and October 13 in the UK.
