First trailer for Black Widow released
The Marvel Cinematic Universe will return, with a trailer now released for next May’s Black Widow movie.
Black Widow is due for release in 2020, with Scarlett Johansson reprising the role in a story set before the character was part of Nick Fury’s Avenegrs initiative. The first trailer for the film has been released, giving fans a taste of what to expect.
Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz and David Harbour will star in the film alongside Johansson. While it looks like there will be some fairly gritty, well choreographed action, the trailer indicates that the usual Marvel ingredients of epic special effects and plenty of verbal sparring will also be present.
LEGO Marvel fans will be hoping for some new sets based on the movie. It can be a hit-and-miss when it comes to whether a Marvel movie gets just one or two sets, or a full wave of releases. Images of the 2020 sets that will be released in January were recently published.
Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home provided source material for most of the LEGO Marvel sets released this year:
76123 Captain America: Outriders Attack
76124 War Machine Buster
76125 Iron Man Hall of Armour
76126 Avengers Ultimate Quinjet
76131 Avengers Compound Battle
76128 Molten Man Battle
76129 Hydro-Man Attack
76130 Stark Jet and the Drone Attack
Black Widow will arrive in cinemas on May 1, 2020.
