Give your LEGO sets a festive makeover in new Ideas Activity
The latest LEGO Ideas Activity asks builders to give their sets, minifigures and builds a festive makeover.
LEGO Ideas Activities are small, quick challenges that invite builders to get creative and design something around a specific theme.
The latest Activity involves giving your sets, minifigures or custom builds a festive makeover, just in time for the holiday season. It follows on neatly from the previous Activity, which required builders to create something advent-themed. You can check out the submissions for that Activity here.
As always, LEGO Ideas advises builders to stick to generic LEGO elements. Using bricks specific to licensed sets may prevent LEGO Ideas from being able to share submissions on its social pages. If you want to get involved, you can share your creation on the dedicated Activity page. You’ve got until 9am on December 15 to do so.
There’s no prize on offer for this Activity, but it’s still an excellent way to get building and show off your creativity – while also getting into the festive spirit.
That said, if you are hankering for a prize, don’t forget to enter Brick Fanatics‘ fantastic LEGO giveaway by signing up for our newsletter. It’s launching very, very soon.

Author Profile
- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
