Listings for two upcoming LEGO Art sets have appeared online
An online retailer has revealed listings for two new LEGO Art sets, with both having previously been rumoured as being upcoming releases.
Retailer Wagner’s has added listings for two LEGO art sets to its online storefront, hinting that new products from the popular theme could be on their way soon. Although no images have been included in the listings, it looks as if both sets could confirm previous upcoming release rumours.
The two LEGO Art set listings on the Wagner’s site are as follows:
31206 Art Rolling Stones – €149.99, 1,998 pieces
31207 Floral Art – €69.99, 2,870 pieces
Previous rumours have hinted at both a LEGO Rolling Stones Art set and a LEGO Museum of Modern Art set arriving in summer 2022. The details of the Wagner’s listings do seem to match the rumoured piece counts and price points for both sets, with LEGO Rolling Stones Art having a more inflated cost and less elements, possibly due to licensing fees.
It could be that the LEGO Rolling Stones Art set may focus on the band’s iconic tongue and lips logo, with the 1,998 piece count also potentially referencing a 1998 show, that saw Bob Dylan joining the group on stage. If 31207 Floral Art has indeed been created in cooperation with The Museum of Modern Art in New York, it could be that the set focuses on a famous piece of art (as the translated set name suggests), instead of the actual building itself.
As with other recent listings by Wagner’s, neither set has a release date so far and the LEGO Group has yet to confirm the existence of either product.
