LEGO Halloween activities kick off online and in-stores
The LEGO Group is gearing up for the start of this year’s spooky season with a range of Halloween activities available online and in-stores.
As we creep closer to this year’s Halloween, the LEGO Group is getting in on all of the frightening fun. To celebrate this year’s ghoulish annual event, the company has launched a dedicated Halloween-themed landing page on the official online store, complete with suitably scary product purchase suggestions, downloadable building instructions and activities for younger fans.
In terms of monster models to make, there’s a 38-piece Dracula mini-build to tackle or a simple 25-piece Pumpkin. Both use basic elements that should be available in most builder’s collections. Kids can also grab a PDF to make spooky shadow puppets, which is in addition to the various Haunting LEGO Halloween VIP rewards currently available.
LEGO Stores in the UK are also celebrating the event, with a Trick or Treat treasure hunt taking place from October 24 to October 30. Visitors to their local stores who manage to find all of the hidden pumpkins during those dates will receive a special free gift. There are no details yet as to exactly what the item may be, but the freebie will only be available while stocks last.
Whilst browsing the LEGO Store shelves, you could always pick up 40570 Halloween Cat & Mouse, with the 328-piece model priced at £11.99/$12.99/€12.99 or grab four new spooktacular characters recently added to the Build a Minifigure station selection.
