LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle is back in stock online

LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle is back at the online LEGO store, just in time for your last-minute Christmas shopping.

Harry Potter and the LEGO Hogwarts Stock Saga may not be a very glamorous book title, but you’d need another instalment from the series to cover the number of times 71043 Hogwarts Castle has jumped in and out of stock recently.

In fact, in December alone it’s sold out, come back, sold out, come back, sold out and now once more come back in stock. That’s a pretty stunning feat given we’re only halfway through the month. But it means you can once again place your order for the mammoth 6,020-piece Wizarding World set, and still receive it in time for Christmas.

The official online store’s cut-off date for Xmas orders (using standard delivery) is December 18 at 10:59pm. If you leave it later than that, you’ll need to pay extra for express delivery.

71043 Hogwarts Castle’s return to LEGO.com also means it returns to Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List, which tracks the best LEGO sets currently available. There are some heavy hitters missing from that list at the moment, including another Harry Potter flagship model in 75978 Diagon Alley. That’s because the shopping street is currently sold out online.

Fortunately, you don’t need to practice magic to keep up with the LEGO Group’s intermittent inventory. Instead, you can simply sign up to Brick Fanatics‘ stock alerts. Pop your set number and contact details in, and we’ll email you when your requested model is once again available to buy. (Even if it is for the fourth time that month.)

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
