LEGO Harry Potter reveal possibly teased by designer 

A LEGO Harry Potter reveal could be imminent judging by a LEGO designer’s recent tweet and combined with past events. 

At the end of 2022, LEGO designer George Gilliatt shared to Twitter a post reminiscing about 4762 Rescue from the Merpeople, the day before the official reveal of 76420 Triwizard Tournament: The Black Lake.

Today, May 1, 2023, Gilliatt posted the following to Twitter, and suffice it to say there are a few similarities between the two tweets. This time, 4708 Hogwarts Express is referenced.

Provided the LEGO designer is teasing something, we may see the reveal of a new Hogwarts Express set tomorrow or at least in the future. The most recent LEGO Hogwarts Express set is the massive 76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition as well as the retired 75955 Hogwarts Express. 

However, 76420 Triwizard Tournament: The Black Lake was revealed alongside a range of sets, meaning we could see multiple models announced soon. 

The LEGO Group has not officially confirmed a reveal like Gilliatt’s first tweet, so we’d advise keeping expectations in check just in case.
