: and released a teaser trailer for the upcoming video game.E3 2019 is taking place in Los Angeles, California, USA, as the future of video gaming is shared with fans around the world thanks to the wonder of live streaming. During today’s announcements, Xbox shared a first look at an upcoming
video game – LEGO Star Wars: . The trailer confirms that the game will be released in 2020 – after the release of : The Rise of Skywalker.The trailer opens with the Millennium Falcon blasting TIE Fighters, switches to Darth Maul battling Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, before moving to Luke Skywalker getting some home truths from Darth Vader. The final scene sees Kylo Ren getting his Vader snowman building fun interrupted by Rey. The traditional LEGO video game humour, established in the original LEGO Star Wars back in 2005, is present throughout.
Showing the clips from all three trilogies illustrates that this video game will follow all nine Star Wars films that are prefixed by an ‘Episode’ number.
The last LEGO Star Wars video game was The Force Awakens, released in 2016.
