Six more great sets in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 1

With one week left to vote in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program, we’re looking through the 375 designs to find more great builds.

Closing on March 31, 2023, there’s still time to vote on the 375 projects submitted into the first series of the new BrickLink Designer Program. Following our first report on some impressive models in the initial selection, we’ve found some more notable entries.

Here are six more great sets in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 1.

6 – Brick Cross

LEGO train stations are traditionally only featured in LEGO City unless you count Platform 9 3/4 in 76405 Hogwarts Express – Collectors’ Edition. Brick Cross opts for a more complete depiction of a train station with a platform, lobby, shop and eating area.

5 – Book Nook – Row House Alley

Fan designerLholthouser Pieces: 798 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 2

Using less than 1,000 pieces unlike many builds in the BrickLink Designer Program Series 1, the LEGO book nook from lholthouser adds a touch of bricks to your bookshelf with an alley between your novels.

4 – Medieval Stonemasons Guild

Fan designerArselus Pieces: 1,629 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 4

Much like the modular construction site in the third round of the initial BrickLink Designer Program, the Medieval Stonemasons Guild continues the concept of mid-construction models but with a nostalgic Castle twist

3 – Garden Life

Fan designerLegomonkey Pieces: 850 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 0

The LEGO Botanical Collection could blend well with this project as the brick-built garden from legomonkey is also under 1,000 pieces but features plenty of details in a slice of natural space.

2 – The Epic Space Mecha of Blacktron

Fan designerMR.YJ Pieces: 1,655 Stickers: 5 Minifigures: 1

There are a fair few mechs in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 1 but this one is based on Blacktron and rivals the most recent 76210 Hulkbuster in its techniques but at a fraction of the size.

1 – Brachiosaurus Altithorax

Fan designerBluedatraptor Pieces: 1,179 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 0

The intricate Brachiosaurus Skeleton from bluedatraptor happens to time well with the first official LEGO Brachiosaurus in the Jurassic Park 30th anniversary sets, provided it can make it into the crowdfunding phase.
