LEGO Ideas looks a gift horse in the mouth with latest fan submission

A new fan-made submission has successfully made it into the second 2023 LEGO Ideas review, with Trojan Horse gaining 10K supporters.

As the second 2023 LEGO Ideas review begins to gain momentum, more original fan designs are starting to crack the 10,000 supporters’ mark. The latest submission to join 13 other such creations is Trojan Horse, a 2,700-piece model that’s based on classic Greek and Roman Mythology and is the brainchild of Daytona.

Measuring 45cm tall, 37cm in length and 25cm wide, the massive model features a huge wooden horse on a wheeled platform, with the build primarily constructed from various brown elements. There’s a flip-down hatch for access to the interior and images show there’s room for multiple sneaky Greek soldiers to be placed inside. The Trojan Horse submission also comes with a printed plaque and eight minifigures including the legendary Achilleus and Odysseus, plus six elite warriors.
