LEGO NINJAGO summer 2019 sets unveiled
This summer’s line-up of LEGO NINJAGO sets has been revealed courtesy of meinspielzeug.ch, with eight regular sets and four Spinjitzu Slam packs joining the fray.
Following January’s wave of NINJAGO: Legacy sets, we’re back to brand new content for the summer wave. Immediate highlights include 70676 Lloyd’s Titan Mech, which boasts an imposing size in a sand green, white and gold colour scheme, and 70677 Land Bounty, which – you guessed it – is essentially Destiny’s Bounty on wheels.
The sets are divided between desert and arctic backdrops, suggesting this summer’s storyline will stretch to multiple locations. The smallest set, 70671 Lloyd’s Journey, also introduces a brand new three-tailed wolf into the mix.
You can check out all the images of this summer’s LEGO NINJAGO line-up below. They’re due to hit shelves on June 1, 2019.

- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
