The LEGO Group partners with botanical garden to inspire sustainability

As part of the recent reveals at the China International Import Expo, the LEGO Group has revealed plans to partner with a botanical garden.

Alongside the unveiling of the Chinese New Year, Monkie Kid, and Super Mario 2022 sets, the CIIE was also home to the reveal that the LEGO Group is engaging in a multi-year partnership with the Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden.

The site will host various activities over the next three years to inspire sustainability with the aim being to reach 10,000 children throughout the partnership. A provided image featured above teases the Build to Change events, which are themed to the ongoing campaign of the same name which started almost one year ago today.

No further details have been revealed, including when the partnership will begin, but it is mentioned as hoping to provide children with opportunities to build their idea of what a sustainable future looks like.
