LEGOLAND Deutschland to add NINJAGO to holiday village

LEGOLAND Deutschland’s holiday village is set to expand soon with a range of NINJAGO rooms, including models referencing the show.

The team at LEGOLAND Deutschland have joined the California resort in announcing their plans for 2022 with a range of new NINJAGO rooms coming to the theme park’s nearby holiday village.

Images provided by the resort showcase the building design that these will be housed in, with golden elements and upscaled bricks that resemble a dojo. The imagery on the side features a dragon’s head and each room will have an outdoor area on either the ground floor or a balcony.

A pair of interior pictures have also been revealed, detailing the familiar room layout that anyone who has visited LEGOLAND accommodation around the world will know featuring a separate children’s area.

Models dotted around the space include a hatching dragon egg with designs of the NINJAGO characters on the walls. In the main area, a picture of the team hangs above the bed while Zane’s falcon sits in the corner on a perch.

The NINJAGO quarter of the LEGOLAND Deutschland holiday village will open in 2022. This follows the resort being able to reopen amid the ongoing pandemic earlier in June 2021.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
