LEGO Marvel 2021 set details confirmed?
Rumours of next year’s LEGO Marvel sets have been backed up by an online database listing.
Word on what might be coming in the superhero theme first appeared online in September. The mix included LEGO regulars like the Avengers and Spider-Man, along with Ghost Rider and the Eternals.
Brickset has now listed the names of eight different LEGO Marvel sets apparently arriving in 2021. And they match up nicely with the rumours from September, adding to their validity.
Here’s the full list of LEGO Marvel sets coming in 2021, according to Brickset:
76168 Captain America Mech
76169 Thor Mech
76170 Iron Man vs. Thanos
76171 Miles Morales Mech
76172 Spider-Man vs. Sandman
76173 Ghost Rider Car
76174 Spider-Man Monster Truck
76175 Spider-Man Hideout
Both 76170 Iron Man vs. Thanos and 76172 Spider-Man vs. Sandman are marked as “Juniors” sets, which tallies with Promobricks’ report in September. And Brickset has also tagged four unnamed sets as “Eternals”, again backing up those initial rumours that the LEGO Group will release sets that tie into the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe entry.
Promobricks listed 76187 as a Carnage bust, a rumour independently corroborated by Brick Fanatics sources earlier this month. Brickset hasn’t listed its name, but it has tagged the set number under “Sculptures” and “Villain”. Finally, one unnamed Marvel set, 76178, is tagged as a “D2C” – or “direct-to-consumer” – suggesting we could be looking at an enormous LEGO.com exclusive in 2021.
Brickset has also listed plenty of other products for next year, including LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Harry Potter, LEGO Art, LEGO Vidiyo and LEGO CITY, NINJAGO and Disney sets. Just remember to treat those and everything here strictly as rumours until the LEGO Group confirms otherwise.

- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
