Free LEGO Store Battersea Power Station mini-build revealed

Visitors to the opening weekend of the new LEGO Store Battersea Power Station can pick up a free mini-build of the iconic location.

A new LEGO Store located at the recently-opened Battersea Power Station will begin welcoming visitors from May 25. The site has been redeveloped in recent years and is now home to shops, restaurants, apartments, a crazy golf course, cinema and even a high street. The LEGO Group confirmed details of its latest retail site earlier this month, making it the fourth such store in London.

Those who head down to the location on the opening weekend will get the opportunity to check out the new LEGO Store’s Pick & Build wall and Build-a-Minifigure bar, as well as grab a free make and take model that will be celebrating the iconic Grade II listed building.

Visitors to the LEGO Store Battersea Power Station on May 27 from 10am to 12pm and then again on May 28 from 12pm to 2pm can collect a mini-build of the famous landmark, complete with recognisable white chimneys. The Battersea Power Station model will be available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last, and is limited to one per person.

Other LEGO Stores in the capital include the flagship location in Leicester Square and one at each Westfield shopping centre (in Shepherds Bush and Stratford), with Battersea Power Station bringing the UK’s total up to 18 when it opens next week.

Went this morning and was lucky enough to get the set. Were just 250 available.
