Latest LEGO Ideas project in first 2023 review pairs with 21338 A-Frame Cabin

Another cabin-centric creation could be a future LEGO Ideas set as the latest project in the first 2023 review opts for a change of scenery.

Coming from terauma, the River Side Lodge has entered the first 2023 LEGO Ideas review round, proposing another woodland abode made of bricks, focusing on the natural elements more than 21338 A-Frame Cabin.

Position next to a waterfall on a raised surface, the lodge has a furnished, but small, interior with the entire model using around 2,000 parts and fitting within a 32 by 32 stud space.

Its chance in the first 2023 review may be affected by the recent release of 21338 A-Frame Cabin, which covers the concept of a cabin in a wooded area already. Alternatively, it could be a good accompanying model for it.

It joins the other projects in the first 2023 review, a few of which include a natural space.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
