LEGO Microscope is the focus of the next LEGO Ideas 10K submission
Yet another LEGO Ideas fan submission has managed to reach 10K, with LEGO Microscope now joining the current line-up of projects.
The third LEGO Ideas review of 2023 continues to attract new fan-designed creations, with 15 such builds having already racked up 10,000 votes each. Most recently we saw SunflowerVolume33’s Harry Styles Love on Tour 2023 join the list of those hoping to see their sets become physical models.
Now, yet another impressive design has hit the magic 10K mark, with LEGO Microscope by Science16476 also proving to be a popular choice. Designed to look like the real-world scientific tool it’s attempting to emulate, the microscope boasts a number of interesting brick-built features.
As well as using a 2×2 inverted round tile as a lens, LEGO Microscope also has a stage that can be raised and lowered using a worm gear mechanism, plus a working light that may be switched on or off. A slide can also be inserted into the microscope, simulating the functionality of the actual equipment.
LEGO Microscope joins an impressive line-up of submissions that have made it into the third 2023 LEGO Ideas review, with the lucky winners due to be announced sometime in January 2024.
